What are the office hours?

Administrative hours are M-Thursday 9:30am -6:30 pm.
Appointment hours are M-Thursday , 9:30am – 6:30 pm (additional times are available according to my schedule).
Telephone availability after hours through answering service and/or voice mail messaging service.


What about insurance coverage?

Your PPO insurance may provide some coverage. We can verify your benefits for you if any are available. Payments can be made by check, VISA, or MasterCard. Payment is due at the end of each session.


What can I expect when I arrive for my first appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment time to fill out the patient information. You will be pleasantly greeted by our staff and helped with any questions. You may also fill out the forms located on the Fees and Forms and email them directly to my office or bring them with you to your first session.

How long is a session and how long will therapy last?

Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes. The length of therapy depends on accomplishment of treatment goals. Remember - you are worth it!


What is the difference between a Therapy session and a Coaching session?

    • Therapy assist the individual, couple, or family to successfully conquer self-defeating patterns of conflict. Therapy is about developing skills to get along with others. It is about building and sustaining healthy intimate relationships. It is about coping with life and stress effectively.
    • Coaching assists the individual in reach new goals. It is about supporting folks while they take new risks and make changes in their lives. About helping people become more confident, more energetic, and enthused about life. Coaching does not involve healing the wounded side.
